Ingredients:
1 english cucumber, thinly sliced into half-moon shapes
½ red onion, thinly sliced
1 tbsp sesame oil
3 tbsp rice vinegar
1 tbsp fresh ginger, finely minced
2 tbsp honey
2 tbsp soy sauce
½ tsp red chili flakes
1 tbsp sesame seeds (optional for garnish)
Directions:
Slice cucumbers and onions and place in a bowl.
Whisk together sesame oil, rice vinegar, ginger, honey, soy sauce and red chili flakes until fully combined. Pour over cucumbers and onions and stir.
Top with sesame seeds and serve!
