Ingredients:
1 tortilla
1 handful of fresh spinach
1 spoonful canned black beans, rinsed and drained
1 spoonful canned corn, drained
½ C shredded chicken
⅓ C Carolina Gold BBQ Sauce
¼ red onion, sliced thinly
Sprinkle of cheese
½ avocado, sliced
Optional:
Halved cherry tomatoes
Directions:
1. In a medium bowl, place all ingredients except for the tortilla and mix until all ingredients are evenly coated in BBQ sauce.
2. Heat your tortilla in the microwave for 15 seconds to make it more pliable. Place your tortilla on a plate and spoon the filling on top of the tortilla. Roll tightly like a burrito, slice in half and serve!
