Ingredients:
1 russet potato
¾ tsp salt
¼ tsp pepper
½ tsp garlic powder
1 tsp chili powder
¼ tsp paprika
2 tbsp olive oil
For the Sauce:
1 tbsp mayo
2 tbsp ketchup
½ tbsp sriracha
Additional supplies:
Parchment paper
Baking sheet
Spatula
For the Fries:
Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
Cut potato into ¼-½ inch thick matchsticks. Place cut potatoes in a large bowl and fill with hot water. Set aside and let sit for 10 min.
After 10 min, drain the water and dry the potatoes as well as you can with a towel or paper towels.
Place dried potatoes into a large bowl. Drizzle olive oil over the potatoes and stir until evenly coated. Add all spices and stir.
Place parchment paper on top of the baking sheet. Spread potatoes out on the parchment so they are not touching.
Place in the oven and bake for 20 minutes. Remove from the oven, flip the fries using your spatula and then return to the oven for an additional 8-10 minutes until they reach the desired crispiness. Serve!
For the Sauce:
Place all ingredients into a bowl and whisk until combined.
