Chicken & Veggie Wrap


My current lunch obsession: wraps! If you have a hard time meal prepping and eating the same thing every day, these wraps may just be the answer to your prayers! You can use any veggies, any proteins, and any sauces you have on hand to mix up the flavor profile day to day. For example, swap out the chicken breast for roasted Turkey or chicken sausage, and swap out the honey mustard sauce for BBQ sauce, or ranch dressing. This will help you eat the “same thing” every day but ensure you don’t get sick of it. Best hack ever!

Ingredients (1 serving):

1 large tortilla

1 small cooked chicken breast, diced

2-3 sweet peppers, diced

1 large carrot, peeled and diced

Handful of cherry tomatoes, halved

Handful mixed greens

1-2 Tbsp @getsidedish honey mustard dressing (sub bbq sauce or ranch dressing)

Directions:

Mix all ingredients except tortilla in a bowl until evenly coated with the dressing. Place mixture at the center of your tortilla and roll into a burrito shape. Serve immediately!
