Chili Onion Crunch Rice

Ingredients:

1½ Cups dry brown rice, rinsed

3 cups vegetable broth (sub water)

2 tbsp Trader Joe’s Chili Onion Crunch

1 tbsp butter

Directions:

  1. If using a rice cooker, place all ingredients into the rice cooker. Close the lid and press cook.

  2. If cooking on the stovetop, heat broth in a medium sauce pot until it boils. Once boiling, add rice, butter and chili onion crunch. Stir, cover and reduce heat to low. Let simmer for 35-40 minutes until the rice is tender.

Prep Time: 5 minutes

Cook Time: 40 minutes

Total Time: 45 minutes
