This recipe brings together two of my favorite chocolatey treats…See’s candy Dark chocolate almond clusters, and Almond Joys. They are the perfect little bite of salty almonds and cashews, with bitter chocolate and a bite of sweet coconut. These are so easy, I repeat SO EASY to make and are a yummy dessert to have on hand throughout the week. You can thank me later! Recipe below!

Directions:
In a small sauce pot over low heat, melt chocolate chips and coconut oil, stirring continuously. Do not leave this alone, it will burn! Once fully melted, remove from heat. In a medium bowl add almonds, cashews and shredded coconut. Pour melted chocolate over the top and stir until evenly combined. Place spoonfuls of the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment or wax paper. Finish with a sprinkle of sea salt on top of each, and place in the freezer for 20 minutes. Serve right away or keep in an airtight container in the fridge.
