Ingredients (yields 2 burritos):

2 large flour tortilla

6 eggs

1 Tbsp milk

4-5 slices cooked bacon

1 avocado

1/2 C grated cheddar cheese

A few dashes of @hoffandpepper Hoff Sauce

2 large handfuls frozen tater tots

Salt & pepper to taste

1/2 Tbsp butter

Directions:

Cook tater tots according to packaging. I cooked mine in the air fryer for 10 min at 400 deg, shaking halfway through. Once cooked, sprinkle with salt. Cook bacon and set aside. Whisk eggs and milk together. Cook in a nonstick skillet over medium heat, adding salt and pepper to taste. Once eggs, bacon and tots are cooked, heat tortillas in the microwave for 15 seconds to make them more pliable. Assemble your burritos! Add half the eggs, chopped bacon, grated cheese, and tater tots to the center of the burrito. Drizzle with hot sauce and top with avocado slices. Roll your burritos, then heat butter in a skillet over medium high heat. Once the skillet is hot, place the burritos in it, seam side down so the burritos don’t fall apart. Flip after 2-3 min once the first side is golden brown. Serve immediately!
