Who here is intimidated by making homemade bread? Me. I think I’m the only one who survived quarantine without making a single loaf of sourdough. BUT for all my bread-making newbies out there, these garlic pull-apart rolls are absolutely fool proof and SO delicious. I mean, who can resist a good garlic roll!! AND they’re ready in under 30 minutes. That’s a WIN WIN. Full recipe below

Ingredients:
1 roll of Pillsbury homestyle biscuits (8 count)
1 Tbsp garlic paste or 3 grated fresh cloves
1/2 C chopped parsley
1/4 C finely grated Parmesan cheese
1/3 C butter

Directions:
Preheat the oven to 375. In a small sauce pan melt butter on med/low heat. Once melted, add garlic paste and whisk into melted butter until evenly combined. Turn heat to low. Cut biscuits into fourths and place in a large bowl. Pour butter mixture over the cut biscuits, then add chopped parsley and stir until evenly combined. Place 3 pieces of biscuit in each cup of a well greased muffin tin. Add a sprinkle of Parmesan cheese on top of And bake at 375 for 15-18 min. Serve immediately!
