Was anyone else obsessed with hot pockets when they were younger?! My sister and I would BEG my mom to buy us the ham and cheese ones every time we went to the store. WELL fast forward 15 years and I found a way to make them at home (and they are even better than the originals!). These ham and cheese popovers are great to prep ahead of time and enjoy throughout the week. Throw them in the microwave or air fryer to reheat and you have a hot, yummy breakfast that you can eat on the go. Oh, and I think your kids will love these too!

Ingredients:
1 pkg premade biscuits (I used pillsbury Grands)
8 oz cheddar cheese, grated
4-5 slices thick cut ham, diced (I used Oscar Meyer carving board cut ham)

Directions:
Roll out each biscuit or press on it with your hands to flatten. Add grated cheese and ham, then fold the dough over and seal the edges with your fingers so the popover makes a half moon shape. Crimp edges with a fork. Place on a lined baking sheet and poke a few holes in the dough on each popover using a fork. Bake according to biscuit packaging. I baked mine at 350 for 15 minutes. Remove from the oven and serve! (Yields 8 biscuits)
