I made these ham and cheese crescent rolls for my birthday brunch party and they were a total HIT. But the best part was how easy they were to make - especially for a crowd! They are perfectly buttery and crispy on the outside, and tender and cheesy on the inside. SO. GOOD. Only 3 ingredients, ready in 15 minutes and friendly to your wallet. Make these ham & cheese rolls ASAP!
Ingredients:
1 (8oz) package Pillsbury Original Crescent Rolls
1 C shredded sharp cheddar cheese
5 slices of ham, cut into 2 inch wide pieces
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375 deg (F)
Grate cheese and slice the ham.
Unroll the crescent dough onto a flat surface into 1 even layer, then carefully separate each roll (triangle) along the perforated edges.
One at a time, take 1 dough triangle, place 2 slices of ham on the wide end with a sprinkle of cheese on top. Roll the dough from the wide edge to the narrow tip (as directed on the packaging) and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or greased foil. Repeat these steps with the remaining dough.
Bake for 10-12 minutes until lightly golden brown. Serve!
