One thing you'll learn about me is that I am a huuuuge snacker. I'm the girl at the party who walks through the door and immediately parks it right in front of the cheese board or bowl of chips and goes. to. town. I'm not saying it's a good thing, but it is what it is and I KNOW some of my people out there can relate. Safe to say these herby, buttery, salty and absolutely DELICIOUS cashews are the perfect snack for a party - or any occasion for that matter. These herb roasted cashews are great on their own, as part of a charcuterie board, and even make the cutest host gifts when packaged in mason jars. The best part is how impressed people will be when they find out that you made them. Just don't tell them how easy it was!!
