Homemade Poke


Ingredients:

⅔ C low sodium soy sauce

1 tsp sesame oil

2 tbsp rice vinegar

2 cloves garlic, finely minced

1 tbsp Sambal Chili Paste

2-3 lbs fresh bluefin tuna (yellowfin or yellowtail works too), diced into small cubes

Directions:

  1. Dice fish and place into a large bowl.

  2. Whisk remaining ingredients together in a separate bowl and pour over the fish. Stir.

  3. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes. Serve!

NOTE: I serve this over a bed of white or brown rice, topped with sesame seeds, sliced green onions and avocado

Cook Time: 30 minutes

Total Time: 35 minutes
