If you’re shaking your head no, come talk to me after you make this recipe This might be my new favorite way to prepare mushrooms, and the best part is it only takes about 15 minutes start to finish. These are great to eat on their own, but would be absolutely on top of a seared steak, or as a fun addition to any pasta dish. Can’t wait for you guys to try this one! Full recipe below!

Ingredients:
16 Oz white button mushrooms, cleaned & quartered
3 cloves garlic, whole
1/2 C chopped fresh parsley
1/2 C chopped fresh basil
1 tsp red pepper flakes
1 Tbsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
3 Tbsp olive oil
1/2 C finely grated Parmesan + more for serving

Directions:
Preheat the oven to 425 deg. In a large bowl, add garlic cloves to the quartered mushrooms. Drizzle over olive oil, then stir in the red pepper flakes, salt, pepper and garlic powder. Stir until the mushrooms are evenly combined. Pour mushrooms on to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 8 minutes. Remove tray from the oven and carefully drain excess liquid. Place mushrooms back in the oven for 4 minutes. In a separate bowl, mix together the grated Parmesan cheese, parsley and basil. Pour the cheese mixture onto the mushrooms give them a quick stir. Place the mushrooms back in the oven for 3 minutes. Serve immediately with an extra sprinkle of parmesan!
