#AD This is officially my new favorite way to cook chicken thighs! This recipe is easily prepped the night before so that once you actually go to cook the chicken, all the hard work is done already! Pop them in the air fryer and you’re good to go. The chicken is packed with flavor, with a nice little kick from the Hoff & Pepper hot sauce Perfection. Make sure to like and save this recipe! Ingredients:
6-8 chicken thighs, bone in, skin on
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
2 C plain greek yogurt
1/2 C fresh chopped parsley, plus more for serving
1/2 red onion, sliced
1/4 C Hoff Hot Sauce (or your favorite hot sauce like Cholula)
2 cloves fresh garlic, smashed
•
Directions:
In a large bowl combine all ingredients except for the chicken thighs. Whisk together until evenly combined. Pour yogurt mixture into a large ziploc bag. Add chicken thighs. Try to get the air out of the ziploc bag, seal it, and shake/move the bag around in your hands until the chicken thighs are evenly coated in the marinade. Leave in the fridge overnight, or for at least 1 hour. Preheat your air fryer to 350 degrees for 5 minutes. Place the chicken thighs in the air fryer, skin side down and cook for 10 minutes. You may need to cook these in batches depending on how large your air fryer is. The chicken should be in 1 even layer. After 10 minutes, use tongs to flip the chicken so the skin is facing up. Cook for an additional 10 minutes. Remove chicken from the air fryer and let rest for 10 minutes before serving with a sprinkle of fresh parsley.
