Sweet Chili Edamame


Ingredients:

1 lb package frozen edamame IN the shells, thawed

1 tbsp sambal chili paste

2 tbsp honey

4-5 cloves fresh garlic, finely minced

1 tbsp fresh ginger, minced

¼ - ½ tsp Maldon Sea Salt for garnish

Directions:

Ensure edamame is fully thawed.

Whisk together chili paste, honey, garlic and ginger.

Place edamame in a large bowl. Pour sauce over the beans and stir until they are evenly coated. Sprinkle salt over the top and serve!
