If you don’t like tomatoes, here’s your cue to keep scrolling THIS is my new favorite meal for breakfast, lunch or dinner. I saw someone make it on TikTok (SORRY I don’t remember who it was ) and had to try it for myself. It’s sweet and sticky and perfectly paired with a fresh toasted slice of sourdough Unreal.

Ingredients (1 serving):
1 large handful of cherry tomatoes
1 Tbsp olive oil
1 Tbsp brown sugar
Sprinkle of salt and pepper
1 slice of toasted high quality bread, I used rosemary sourdough

Directions:
Heat a nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add a drizzle of olive oil. Add tomatoes and cook for 8-10 min until the tomatoes are charred and start to burst. Press down on the tomatoes with a large spoon to squish them further. Add brown sugar and stir. Cook for 3-4more minutes until bubbly. Remove from heat. Drizzle olive oil onto toasted bread and add tomato jam on top. Serve immediately!
