Vegan Banana Nut Muffins

The other day on my Instagram feed, I asked you all what kinds of recipes you would like to see and to my surprise, I got a lot of requests for vegan dishes! I have a few more in the works, but I thought I'd start out with these delicious Vegan Banana Nut Muffins! I am sitting here eating one for breakfast as I type this and let me tell you, they are DELISH! Even if you don't follow a vegan diet, you will absolutely love these. A little sweet from the bananas, crunchy from the walnuts, and dotted with ooey gooey chocolate. YUM! I also gave the option to sneak a little bit of protein powder into the recipe if you so choose.
